Kailani
- In Hawaiian, Kailani means sea and sky. I fabricated this hammered
cuff bracelet from a strip of heavy sterling silver sheet which I
stamped with scallops and starfish.
I then added a larimar cabochon in a delicate netted bezel, and
surrounded it with a seahorse charm, faceted apatite roundels
and a single aquamarine oval.
The netted larimar stone is secured with sterling silver wire that has
been woven through holes in the cuff. The wires on the inside of the
cuff are encased in epoxy resin for added strength. Bracelet B0075 |

Sea of Dreams -
Nine different types of gemstones are woven onto
a frame which I hammered, soldered and bent to form this cuff
bracelet. The stones include kyanite, prehnite,
amazonite, fluorite, blue lace agate, apatite, amethyst, peridot,
rainbow moonstone and aquamarine. It is finished with a handmade clasp
and measures approx. 7" in diameter. Bracelet B0045 |

Mermaid's Tears -
Sea glass is often referred to as mermaid's
tears. I combined sea glass (found by me), genuine and unaltered
except for the holes I drilled in them to make beads, with David
Christensen satin cane glass slices, and frosted Czech glass
beads to create this truly one of a kind charm bracelet. It is
finished with a lobster claw clasp, and all components are
sterling silver, and the length is approx. 8".
